Flat Fee Legal Consultation: Schedule a consultation as soon as today or tomorrow.
If you have an unexpected legal issue, Google and ChatGPT will only get you so far. It is what you don’t know that you don’t know that is important. Attorney Sennett’s litigation and transactional legal practice enables him to quickly and confidently get you pointed in the right direction.
A consultation with Attorney Sennett is to quickly provide you with (1) general information about the legal issues, (2) an overview of the procedure you should expect if you decide to engage an attorney to assist you, (3) estimated ballpark costs, and (4) potential next steps in regard to your legal matter.

Time is of the essence
If you haven’t previously been involved in a legal matter, the process seems overwhelming, and you want answers as quickly as possible. A consultation with Attorney Sennett will help you understand what options you may have along with next steps.

Pricing
Consultations are done on a reasonable flat fee basis --- no confusing billable hours or invoices involved. In addition to the one-hour consultation, Attorney Sennett provides you with names of attorneys who you may want to contact concerning your matter* along with a summary of potentially important facts and/or issues (to expedite that attorney’s ability to assist you). Additional consultation on the same matter is offered at $400.00 per hour.
Attorney Stephen Sennett represents businesses and individuals on business, employment, and real property matters. If, following a consultation, you engage Sennett Law PLLC to handle your legal matter, the $500.00 consultation fee will be deducted from the first invoice.

What’s the point of a consultation and don’t some attorneys offer these for free? You can call as many law firms as you’d like to try and set up a free consultation. Many times, you will be scheduled out a week or more. Attorney Sennett provides consultations to provide you with information and options --- not to try and convert you into a client. The goal is to enable you to make an informed decision on whether and how to proceed with your matter. The answers you get during a consultation with an attorney without any further interest may save you countless billable fees from an attorney.
